Mothballs release pesticide vapors and are not ordinary closet fragrances.  We favor protective storage, cleaning tools and clearly described cedar products instead.  Cedar alone is not a guarantee against moths: clean garments, inspect for pests and use storage appropriate to the problem you are trying to prevent.
