Wood, metal and glass desks without MDF or particleboard hidden beneath the work surface.

We favor durable construction and lower-emission finishes for a surface used many hours a day.  The desktop, frame and any veneer backing are considered together, with structural plastic disclosed where present.  Height, legroom and stability still need to fit the person and the work setup.
