Milk storage

Containers that store expressed milk against glass, stainless steel or silicone rather than plastic.

Milk can touch the lid and seal during filling, transport and storage.  We apply the same material standard to those parts as the main container and identify purpose-made bags separately from jars.  Follow milk-storage guidance and the maker's freezing and warming limits; glass alone does not establish freezer suitability.
