Range hoods

Range hoods that capture cooking fumes and particles and, preferably, exhaust them outdoors.

Frying and searing produce airborne particles on any stove; gas adds combustion pollutants as well.  We prioritize outdoor exhaust, suitable coverage over the burners and enough airflow for the cooking area.  Noise and accessible grease filters matter too, because a hood is most useful when you can run and maintain it regularly.
