Bakeware

Bakeware made from glass, stainless steel, cast iron, or fully disclosed ceramic without PFAS-based nonstick coatings.

Nonstick bakeware exposed to high oven temperatures can cause fluoropolymer coatings to degrade and migrate into baked goods.  Glass, stainless steel, cast iron, and true ceramic surfaces have no synthetic coating that can break down into food.
