Grilling

Grilling tools in bare stainless steel, cast iron, and wood with no coatings and no wire-brush bristles that can detach.

Melting nylon tools and flaking coated grates can transfer plastic and coating residue onto food.  Bare stainless steel, cast iron, and wood tools avoid that transfer, and solid metal or wood handles eliminate the risk of detached wire-brush bristles.
