Pots

Pots with bare stainless steel, cast iron, or fully documented enamel cooking surfaces.

A worn nonstick pot can shed coating particles into sauces and soups that remain in contact with the surface for long periods.  Bare stainless steel, cast iron, and documented enamel pots have no synthetic coating to degrade into the food.
