Pressure cookers

Pressure cookers and inserts that keep food against stainless steel or PFAS-free ceramic-coated steel.

The pot, underside of the lid and seals need to stand up to hot food and liquid without plastic touching either.  Silicone sealing rings are allowed, as are exterior plastic parts that only release steam.  We favor replaceable seals and clearly stated compatibility so the cooker can be maintained as directed.

Fissler Vitavit Premium Pressure Skillet — 1.9 Quart Fissler Vitavit Premium Pressure Skillet — 1.9 Quart STAINLESS STEELSILICONE Why we recommend it: The shallow, textured stainless steel pan lets you brown a small meal without a nonstick coating, then pressure-cook it under the matching lid.  Four settings include pressure-free steaming.  Made in Germany with replaceable silicone seals; plastic is limited to the exterior handles and regulator housing, not the cooking surface.  Follow the marked fill limits. Materials: 18/10 stainless steel · silicone seals · exterior plastic handles and regulator $338.15★ 4.1 · 77 ratings View on Amazon
